Today I went to the Getty Center in LA with a large group of people from Mudd as a planned summer event meant to keep us entertained. The Getty is a huge art museum with multiple buildings and a beautiful outdoor garden. It is located on top of a hill which means it has incredible views in all directions and today the weather was fantastic. They had a large collection of art including work by Monet and van Gogh.
It was fun to look at all the different art in the numerous buildings around the Getty and to spent some time lying in the grass near the garden, enjoying the beautiful weather. Here are a few pictures of the Getty and the garden for your enjoyment:
